The House: This wonderful 3500 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath mountain side home is beautifully decorated and has incredible mountain views from all the rooms. It has 3 floors. When you enter the home you will be on the top floor that has an open room with a cathedral ceiling. This spacious floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and a large deck with a gas grill.
T he bedrooms have their own bathroom, a combination TV/Dvd and phone.
One master bath has a steam shower and a bidet. Both master baths have soaking tubs. 4 of the bedrooms have king size beds and one room has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 12).
Kitchen: fully furnished with granite counters and state of the art appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher and a GE Advantiun oven. Bar seats 3-4.
Kitchen is is fully stocked, and even has crystal wine glasses.
Living room: Entertainment center with surround sound and a gas fireplace.
Dining room has a round table that will seat 8 -10

- Heated 2 car garage, with racks to hold your skis and a bench to sit on.
- Two decks with a gas grill and a large hot tub.
- For the winter: the house is ski-in/ ski-out, located 1 house away from the homeowners trail that takes you down to the Goldlink lift.
  You'll love the choices of outdoor activities including downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, hot air ballooning, dogsledding, ice skating, horse drawn sleighrides and snowcat skiing.

For the summer: Breathtaking mountain scenery, pristine lakes, streams and cobalt blue skies are the highlight of each summer day. Enjoy tennis, golf, swimming, picnicking, road and mountain biking, rafting, horseback riding, fly fishing, fishing for all ages, jeeping, four wheeling, mining town tours, skateboarding, kayaking, white water rafting, hot air balloons, hiking, chairlift rides, wildflower festival, art festivals, wildlife watching, wonderful sidewalk lunches and evening dining, and many other activities too numerous to mention for all ages and ability levels.

Mt. Crested Butte town now has a beautiful modern resort with state-of-the-art services and amenities, conference, shopping, great dining facilities, and bus service to Crested Butte.
