The House: This brand new 3500 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath mountain side home is beautifully decorated and has incredible mountain views from all the rooms. It has 3 floors.
When you enter the home you will be on the top floor that has an open room with a cathedral ceiling. This floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and a large deck with a gas grill.
The middle floor has 2 master bedrooms, a laundry room and a deck with a very large hot tub.
The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms.
T he bedrooms have their own bathroom, a combination TV/Dvd and phone.
One master bath has a steam shower and a bidet. Both master baths have soaking tubs. 4 of the bedrooms have king size beds and one room has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 12).
Kitchen: fully furnished with granite counters and state of the art appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher and a GE Advantiun oven. Bar seats 3-4.
Kitchen is is fully stocked, and even has crystal wine glasses.
Living room: Entertainment center with surround sound and a gas fireplace.
Dining room has a round table that will seat 8 -10

- Heated 2 car garage, with racks to hold your skis and a bench to sit on.

- For the winter: the house is ski-in/ ski-out, located 1 house away from the homeowners trail that takes you down to the Goldlink lift.
  You'll love the choices of outdoor activities including downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling, hot air ballooning, dogsledding, ice skating, horse drawn sleighrides and snowcat skiing.

For the summer, the house is only 2 houses away from the tennis courts and outdoor pool.
Breathtaking mountain scenery, pristine lakes, streams and cobalt blue skies are the highlight of each day of summer.
Enjoy tennis, golf, swimming, hiking, picnicking, mountain biking, rafting, horseback riding, fly fishing, jeeping, mining town tours, skateboarding, kayaking, white water rafting, hot air balloons, horseback riding, chairlift rides and wildlife watching.

The Victorian town of Crested Butte, "the last great Colorado ski town" is located down the mountain and has many restaurants, offers good shopping and many activities throughout the year for you to enjoy.
